We are expanding our team and seeking a Senior Health and Safety Consultant. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, sociable company with opportunities for career growth in business, technical, or professional development.

Your Purpose:

  • Providing Health & Safety services on independent and project delivery commissions.
  • Producing pre-construction information, files, and CDM documents.
  • Ensuring Designer compliance.
  • Reviewing contractors’ documentation.
  • Engaging with clients and design teams on projects.
  • Conducting site H&S inspections and audits.
  • Advising clients on procurement and consultant appointments.
  • Proactively developing business within the region.
  • Staying updated on legal developments in construction law.

What you can bring?

  • Chartered/Professional Qualification in Design or Construction.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (preferable).
  • Member of APS / IOSH / CIOB (preferable).
  • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Knowledge of CDM 2015 and health & safety issues.
  • Understanding of Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
  • H+S Training capability (advantage).
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Client-facing experience and relationship management.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
