Your Purpose:

  • Providing Health & Safety Services on both independent commissions and to support our wider project delivery services.
  • Producing pre-construction information, files, and other CDM documents.
  • Ensuring Designer compliance.
  • Reviewing contractors’ documentation.
  • Interfacing with clients and design teams on projects.
  • Conducting site H&S inspections/audits.
  • Advising clients on procurement options and consultant appointments.
  • Proactively developing the business within the region.
  • Staying updated with legal developments in construction law.

What you can bring:

  • Possession or working toward a NEBOSH National / Construction Certificate.
  • Membership of APS, IOSH, and/or CIOB or working toward it.
  • A relevant design or construction qualification (preferred but not essential).
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of CDM 2015 and other health & safety issues.
  • Knowledge of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
  • H+S Training capability (an advantage).
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Client-facing skills and experience managing relationships.
  • Planning and organizing skills to prioritize workload and manage change.
  • Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively.
