Brandon James Ltd is seeking a confident Architect or CDM Principal Designer to take on greater responsibility in a fast-growing Principal Design service. You will lead and support on a wide range of projects, collaborating with an experienced team across sectors.

The role focuses on mitigating CDM and Building Regulation risk, while extending your Principal Design expertise and accelerating your career progression in a supportive environment.

Principal Designer for CDM and Building Regulations

A multidisciplinary consultancy with a fast-growing Principal Design service is offering the chance for a confident Architect or CDM Principal Designer to take on more responsibility. You will lead and support on a wide variety of project sectors, as you work with an experience team.

The Role

The successful Principal Designer for CDM and Building Regulation will mitigate design stage Health & Safety Risks, and support with the management of Gateway processes.

The Person

The Principal Design suitable for this role will have demonstratable experience within a CDM and Building Regulation Principal Design role.

The Principal Design Director suitable for this role will be registered as an Architect or have relevant Building Regulation competency via CABE, APS etc.
