Are you a CDM and Construction Safety professional looking to join a growing and reputable consultancy? A boutique consultancy is seeking a dynamic Principal Designer/CDM Consultant to join their talented team in the Northwest of England. You should have a proven background in delivering safety and CDM services on construction projects, with experience in CDM 2015 and the Principal Designer role being highly advantageous.

Reporting to their central team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing a diverse, multi-disciplinary client base across sectors such as Industrial, Retail, Housing, Healthcare, and Commercial
  • Providing bespoke CDM and Health & Safety services on various projects
  • Engaging with clients to deliver reports from planning and design through to project completion
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery, with a thorough understanding of CDM 2015

You will also need to be:

  • NEBOSH, NCRQ, or NVQ qualified
  • Experienced in CDM 2015 or with relevant exposure to the construction sector, especially Build, Refurbishment, and Fit-out
  • A strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
  • Willing to cover sites/clients regionally
  • Possessing IMaPs or CMaPs certification (preferably)
