Quantity Surveyor / Employer’s Agent – Hotels (New Builds & Extensions)Location: Birmingham (with nationwide travel)Salary: Competitive DOE + Car Allowance + BenefitsA fantastic opportunity has opened up for an ambitious and client-focused Quantity Surveyor / Employer’s Agent to join a growing team delivering high-profile hotel and leisure sector projects across the UK.This role is ideal for a QS with at least 3 years' experience, ideally in hospitality or leisure, who is either chartered (MRICS) or actively working towards APC completion.The Role:You’ll be part of a team delivering new build and refurbishment hotel projects from inception to completion.
