Duties
  • Help deliver technical projects from planning stages through to new build delivery
  • Implement the requirements of Building Safety Act 2022 and Secondary Legislations 2023
  • Lead the design team and other project team members, as well liaising with clients
  • Carry out site visits and ensure projects comply with regulations and high ethical standards are achieved
Skills and Experience
  • Relevant degree within architecture
  • Strong experience working within a health and safety, design, or project management role
  • Strong interest in health and safety issues and risk management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with The Building Safety Act 2022 and Secondary Legislations 2023
