Principal Delivery Manager

Remote-first (flex to travel if needed)

We are seeking a Principal Agile Delivery Manager to join one of the UK’s leading digital transformation consultancies supporting large-scale transformation programmes in both the public and private sectors.

The role involves acting as the engagement lead on multiple projects, supporting new business activities. As a senior leader within the delivery practice, you will foster collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams and provide support to the business and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and lead teams in various agile methods and practices.
• Propose and implement strategic, cultural, and innovative changes.
• Ensure communities of practice are represented and operate at a strategic level.
• Define recruitment processes for delivery managers and support the delivery community of practice.

Required Experience:

• Strong background in the public sector or consulting, particularly in Healthcare.
• Experience leading multiple teams and working within multi-disciplinary squads.
• Strong user-centred design and agile experience.
• Experience with the GDS (Government Digital Service) framework.
