X4 Technology are partnered with a global dynamic consultancy who specialize in implementing innovative and functionally rich software solutions for businesses in the charity and non-profit sector. They are offering the opportunity for a Principal Delivery Manager to join their team to support the Head of PMO in daily team management.

Responsibilities of the Principal Delivery Manager include:

• Provide assistance to account managers during the tender process for both new and existing sales opportunities or customers
• Ensure projects adhere to deadlines, cost and quality benchmarks
• Track project financials and orchestrate seamless project implementations by providing regular updates to clients
• Attend onsite bids or demonstrations as needed

Requirements of the Principal Delivery Manager include:

• Proven track record in managing complex and demanding projects within a Dynamic Consultancy setting
• Excellent project financial tracking and time management experience
• Demonstrates commercial astuteness both in delivering the HR agenda and in working in partnership with colleagues as they deliver their goals
• Strong project management background (e.g. demonstrate a results-driven approach, understanding of project management principles and methodologies)

This is a full-time role with a base salary ranging between £60,000-£70,000 depending on previous experience and can be flexible on the working setup (hybrid/remote).
