We are looking for a driven and dedicated individual to support the Data Management Leads of the National Flows team, whose purpose is to manage all aspects of processing national datasets for Arden and GEM customers. They will be responsible for the technical design, development, and support of the DSCRO/Data Management service and associated technologies, tools, and solutions to deliver an effective service to Arden and GEM customers. The appointed person will ensure data flows are designed and developed in accordance with specifications describing customer and internal requirements, maintaining high levels of quality through an assurance process working closely with other team members and Dataset Leads.
Support the Data Management Leads of the National Flows team in managing all aspects of processing national datasets for Arden and GEM customers. Be responsible for the technical design, development, and support of the DSCRO/Data Management service and related technologies. Ensure data flows are designed and developed according to specifications. Maintain quality through an assurance process, collaborating with team members and Dataset Leads. Support strategic planning for technological solutions, researching best practices and technological advancements. Manage and provide expert advice to internal teams and external clients, prioritizing work plans, optimizing resources, and embedding quality throughout the service.

Design and build advanced data processing solutions as the principal developer for the National Flows team. Develop large-scale data warehouse solutions using various data streams. Support future planning of the data warehouse system, including procurements, migrations, and upgrades. Develop resilience and business continuity plans for database upgrades. Produce clear documentation for all developments. Interpret complex technical specifications into data specifications. Evaluate new products and technologies for potential use within development projects.
