Harvey Nash is seeking a data architecture leader to set and govern enterprise data models and standards. You will drive high-impact data architecture across platforms, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with organisational priorities and transformation initiatives.

The role requires deep expertise in data modelling, governance, and cloud data platforms, with strong stakeholder communication and guidance skills.

Qualifications

• Significant experience defining, implementing and evolving data architectures to support strategy and transformation.
• Proven ability to lead data architecture governance and design assurance across programmes.
• Strong understanding of metadata, lineage, master data and data stewardship in architecture design.

Responsabilités

• Act as the authority for Data Architecture, providing specialist expertise and guidance on data design and standards.
• Define, maintain and evolve the data architecture aligned with strategy and future needs.
• Lead development of enterprise, domain, conceptual, logical and physical data models.
• Establish data architecture principles, standards and design patterns for trusted data use.
• Lead data architecture governance and design assurance for significant initiatives.
• Advise senior stakeholders with evidence-based architectural options and trade-offs.
• Build consensus across teams to apply data standards across platforms and services.
• Define approaches improving interoperability, governance and reuse of data.
• Identify and manage data architecture risks and technical debt.
• Coach and mentor colleagues to raise data architecture capability and maturity.
• Demonstrable experience with data architectures supporting transformation and outcomes.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, PowerBI semantic models or equivalent technologies.
