Job summary

FSP in the United Kingdom is seeking a Principal Cyber Security Consultant to join our Cyber Advisory practice. You will work with senior client stakeholders to help them develop, deliver, and oversee cyber security strategy and programmes.

The role includes leading engagements, building relationships at the C-suite level, mentoring client security leaders, and delivering virtual CISO services. Hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in security leadership and delivering measurable results.
• Experience developing and implementing security strategies and programmes.
• Broad understanding of security domains across technical and organisational areas.
• Proven stakeholder management at the C-suite level.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable experience with large and complex organisations.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful delivery of security transformation programmes.
• Lead and manage engagements, partnering with clients to understand requirements and executing strategies.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert.
• Lead cybersecurity assessments and development of improvement programmes.
• Lead the delivery of virtual CISO services.
• Advise Boards and other C-level executives on cybersecurity delivery.
• Mentor and coach client security leaders to be more effective.
• Provide quality assurance, oversight and mentorship for team members.
• Contribute to cybersecurity thought leadership.
