FSP is a leading consultancy specialising in Digital, Security and AI solutions. We are seeking a Principal Cyber Security Consultant to join our Cyber Advisory practice. You will work with senior client stakeholders to help them develop, deliver, and oversee effective cyber security strategy and programmes.

You will lead engagements, mentor teams, and contribute to business growth through identifying opportunities and delivering risk-informed security outcomes for large, complex organisations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in security leadership and delivering measurable results.
• Experience developing and implementing security strategies and programmes.
• Broad understanding of technical and organisational security domains.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of security transformation programmes.
• Lead and manage engagements with clients to understand requirements and execute strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients as trusted advisors.
• Lead cyber security assessments and development of improvement programmes.
• Deliver virtual CISO services.
• Advise Boards and executives on cyber security delivery.
• Mentor client security leaders to improve organisational effectiveness.
• Provide quality assurance and mentorship for team members.
• Contribute to cyber security thought leadership.
