We are recruiting for a number of Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant roles, where you will work on challenging and rewarding security problems in the UK, designing and developing solutions central to our products.

Your work at Leonardo will involve leading customer problem-solving in an agile, innovative, team-centric environment. There is a clear pathway to chartership, NCSC certification, and greater responsibility.

Your work may involve:

• Relate - Actively listen and empathise with customers to build rapport.
• Understand – Define potential solutions based on your experience and technical knowledge with limited information.
• Assess – Identify, measure, and analyze security risks, explaining their impact on business objectives.
• Treat – Assist in defining security solutions across people, process, and technology, aligning with risk assessments.
• Assure – Help define and perform security assessments, recommending remediations.
• Develop – Contribute to the technical development of core products.

The role may involve hybrid working, with on-site work at Leonardo offices and customer sites. Our multidisciplinary teams adapt based on customer needs and your strengths.

As a Senior Consultant, you may lead technical delivery or workstreams; as a Principal, you may lead larger programs or multiple engagements.

We seek candidates from backgrounds including:

• Risk and Governance: Improving security strategies, policies, conducting risk assessments, and presenting to management.
• Compliance and Maturity: Conducting security audits, designing frameworks, and reporting on security maturity.
• Design and Countermeasures: Reviewing architectures, identifying vulnerabilities, and proposing controls in IT/OT environments.

Based on your skills, we will assess the best fit and discuss options.
