Computacenter is seeking an IT Expert Principal within Platforms to lead complex customer engagements across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity, security and device management.

This client-facing role shapes strategy, roadmaps and solution design across Intune, Entra ID, Defender and Windows 11, with leadership of technical teams and presales activities. The position requires travel across the UK and strong stakeholder engagement.

Competenze

• Significant experience with enterprise end-user computing and Microsoft 365.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management across Windows, macOS and Android.
• Experience with Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Windows 11, Autopilot and Microsoft 365 security.
• Knowledge of Jamf and/or Workspace ONE.
• Experience designing secure solutions aligned to CIS, Cyber Essentials, NIST or NCSC.
• Strong experience leading technical teams and customer engagements.
• Presales experience including solution design, bids and estimation.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Microsoft Graph.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Citrix, Defender XDR, Entra Suite, PKI or public sector/defence customers is a plus.

As an IT Expert Principal within Platforms, you’ll be a trusted technical authority, leading complex customer engagements across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity, security and device management.

It’s a highly client-facing role where you’ll influence strategy, lead technical teams and work with the latest workplace technologies across Microsoft, Apple and Android environments.

What you’ll do
