Responsibilities / Position overview

We are seeking a consulting professional with HEOR and HTA experience to join our growing HEOR Consulting team as a Principal Consultant and serve as a strategic partner to our clients.

The Principal Consultant will provide strategic project leadership on complex, multi-disciplinary HEOR/HTA/Market Access projects, including global evidence and value development programmes, health technology appraisals (HTAs), and reimbursement / market access programmes. They will be a strategic and trusted partner to clients, advising on activities and deliverables, overseeing project delivery, leading teams, and contributing to project strategy and review. The role also involves some business development, including project scoping, proposal, and budget development.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ professional experience in HEOR or market access, preferably in a consultancy, HTA agency, or pharmaceutical environment
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences and stakeholders
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams, project strategy, and delivering within timelines, budget, and scope
• Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
• Skills in mediation, negotiation, problem-solving, and risk mitigation in market access decisions
• Previous experience leading UK/EU HTA submissions and/or market access/HEOR projects preferred
• Understanding of UK and European HTA processes preferred
• Line management experience preferred
