Role Highlights:
  • Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business across key verticals
  • Source, assess, and place top-tier marketing talent via proactive search methods
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
  • Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
  • Collaborate with consultants across NearTech and wider 11 Investments brands, leveraging opportunities to cross-sell into existing clients
Requirements:
  • Consistent weekly gross profit of £5,000+
  • Proven experience in signing and delivering into new clients
  • Exposure to technology markets
  • Confidence in negotiation, business development, and candidate management
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
  • Salary £40,000–£50,000 + monthly commission & quarterly bonuses
