Job Description:

NearTech Search is seeking a Principal Consultant for technology recruitment. The role involves leading 360-degree recruitment processes, from sourcing to client relationship management, within a high-performing culture. The position requires building and maintaining client accounts, sourcing top-tier talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and networking at industry events.

Responsibilities:
  • Win and grow client accounts, fostering repeat business
  • Source, assess, and place top marketing talent using proactive search methods
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
  • Attend and host industry events to enhance presence and network
  • Collaborate with consultants across NearTech and 11 Investments brands, cross-selling services
Requirements:
  • Proven experience signing and delivering into new clients
  • Exposure to technology markets
  • Confidence in negotiation, business development, and candidate management
  • Consistent weekly GP of £5k+
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
