About the Opportunity

The Principal Consultant, Services Sales, is responsible for driving service sales through industry expertise, strategic consulting, and relationship management. This role involves defining customer journey roadmaps, identifying needs, developing application landscapes and service solutions, and guiding sales to closure. The Principal Consultant collaborates closely with internal teams and customers to ensure high-quality service delivery that exceeds expectations.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement service sales strategies to support license growth.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Create service implementation estimates and statements of work that meet customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients to design application architectures based on Kantata products that address their specific needs.
Qualifications
  • Proven success in sales and consulting within a SaaS services organization.
  • Strong understanding of service sales processes and methodologies.
