About your role:

• Deliver SAP-enabled transformation programs, specializing in Order to Cash processes and integration with S/4 Finance.
• Lead and support Order to Cash pursuits and develop practice capabilities.
• Design SAP CAR solutions for real-time inventory visibility, POS data integration, demand sensing, and other key processes for retail, CPG, and logistics clients.
• Manage a workstream with onshore and offshore resources.
• Create end-to-end solutions aligned with design principles, standards, and methodologies.
• Facilitate client workshops on process design, industry best practices, and SME knowledge sharing.
• Document functional specifications for development needs.

Requirements:

• Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
• Experience in data gathering, validation, documentation, and communication for diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in the official language(s) and English; willingness to travel.
• Proven experience delivering S/4HANA transformations, with strong configuration knowledge, especially in Sales and Distribution and OTC. Experience with Salesforce, C4C, and agile practices is desirable.
• Ability to facilitate design workshops and translate requirements into solutions.
• Strong client-facing skills and leadership in SAP implementation phases.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a process improvement mindset.
• Excellent presentation and knowledge transfer skills.
• Stay updated on current trends and technical advancements.
• Successful track record in consulting services preferred.
