The Principal Consultant will serve as the key interface to customer success, engaging with large private markets funds and multinational companies. The core responsibility is delivery—leading execution to meet client goals while acting as a trusted advisor. VP-level responsibilities include managing more complex, strategic clients.

Why this role is important to us

The team you will join is part of Charles River Development (CRD), acquired by State Street in 2018. We launched the first open front-to-back platform, State Street Alpha, in 2019.

Join us if you are excited by delivering next-generation infrastructure using emerging technologies like AI and Blockchain.

    • Establish a plan for Organization Change Management, including leading live training and supporting post-ICS adoption with the Account Manager
  2. Business Development: Sales and Marketing
    • Identify opportunities for additional Software or Services during ICS engagements
    • Drive proof-of-concepts to demonstrate deployment success and SaaS value
    • Lead trial account engagements for prospective clients
