This role includes managing the full recruitment process, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. • Proven track record as a Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant within Engineering or Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of the Power Generation and Mechanical & Electrical sectors.
• Demonstrable billing success of at least £150,000 annually.

Principal Consultant - Manufacturing & Engineering

Base pay range

Salary: Up to £40,000K base + OTE

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

• 32 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
• 1 celebration day (e.g. birthday or personal event)
• Extra 1-day annual leave for every year of service (up to 4 years)
• Hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days remote once probation is completed)

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process across Engineering and Manufacturing roles
• Deliver exceptional permanent and/or contract solutions within Power Generation, Manufacturing, and Mechanical & Electrical disciplines
• Source, screen, and place high-quality technical candidates
• Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Leverage market insights to provide expert advice and identify new opportunities
• Drive consistent revenue growth and play a key role in expanding our Bristol operations

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant within Engineering, Manufacturing, or a closely related market
• Strong knowledge of the Power Generation, Manufacturing, or Mechanical & Electrical sectors
• Demonstrable billing success, ideally £150,000+ annually
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A motivated, consultative approach with the ambition to become a sector specialist
