Principal Consultant – Integrations

Base pay range: A$200,000.00 / yr - A$200,000.00 / yr

Position: Talent Acquisition / HRBP, Specializing in DEI

The Rizing Managed Services team is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant. This position requires a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and prior lead experience with integration development. Expertise in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), Integration Center, and SuccessFactors API is required. Dell Boomi experience is highly preferred. The Technical Sr Consultant will analyze and validate the client’s business needs and ensure successful support of clients' integrations.

Essential Functions :

1. Develop a strong understanding of and analyze clients’ business requirements and objectives; develop system configurations to satisfy client needs.
2. Analyze current integrations architecture and provide support in fixing issues and configuring new changes.
3. Manage clients' team expectations.
4. Provide quality control of consultant configurations to meet client deliverables.
5. Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices.
6. Explain technical concepts to clients and team members.
7. Able to successfully assess current and future workload for self and others.
8. Accurately track and report time and expenses.

Ideally, you have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business, 3 – 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, and certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules (Associate or Professional level). Additionally, you should have 3 – 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors system integrations, supporting technical projects and clients, with experience in Boomi, CPI, or SAP Cloud Platform.
