We are searching for an experienced Principal Consultant - Financial Services.

As a Principal Consultant within financial services, you will support the client management team in delivering internal audit and wider risk assurance services to a portfolio of financial services clients. The role involves travel within the UK.

You will promote the RSM brand, uphold high ethical standards, and ensure quality service delivery.

You will make an impact by:

• Demonstrating skills in delivering quality assurance reviews, internal audits, and summaries.
• Assisting in business development, including tender presentations, client visits, and networking.
• Overseeing client work as part of the engagement team, recognized as an RSM Principal Consultant.

• Ability to review and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Understanding of additional services the firm can offer.
• Proactive training and development management.
