Role Overview

The purpose of this role is to assist in managing, delivering, and leading cyber security engagements across a diverse client portfolio within the mid-market. The focus will be on technical security, including offensive security services, ensuring excellent client service and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves managing delivery of work activities from scoping to reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and deliver cybersecurity engagements, from scoping to final reports.
  2. Contribute to the development of new offensive security products and services.
  3. Support team development and growth.
  4. Represent RSM in external meetings, including client workshops and networking events.
  5. Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and identify new opportunities.
Candidate Profile

  • Experience in offensive security and penetration testing engagements.
  • Experience leading cybersecurity advisory and offensive security testing in a professional services setting.
  • Knowledge of current technology trends, cyber threats, and industry issues.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with security testing techniques such as threat modelling, reconnaissance, social engineering, enumeration, attack path mapping, exploitation, and cleanup from various adversarial perspectives.
