Job summary

vikat.AI is seeking a seasoned BPM consultant to orchestrate discovery, blueprint, and delivery arcs for large-scale client engagements in the UK. You will translate business outcomes into agent-enabled workflow architectures and mentor a small team of consultants across the engagement lifecycle.

You’ll partner with Fortune-500/5000 clients, drive multi-quarter transformations, and maintain strong executive-level relationships while staying hands-on with practitioners when needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BPM, low-code, or workflow consulting (PEGA, Appian, or Microsoft Power Platform).
• Demonstrated success leading multi-quarter enterprise transformations.
• Strong client presence — comfortable with executive stakeholders and technical practitioners.
