Job Description

Flexible working - We operate in a hybrid working environment where we come into a client site or office, at least 2-3 days per week. This role will be aligned to our London office based in Victoria.

Our Aviation team make a real difference for our clients. We offer clients industry expertise and an innovative mindset to help seize opportunities and harness disruption. We operate globally, driving commercial and operational advantage for airlines and airports, MROs, air navigation service providers, regulators, investors, and governments.

You will have opportunity to help clients with:

  • Their strategy, transactions, restructuring and delivering value from investments in aviation.
  • Improving outcomes through smarter pricing, innovative products, and partnerships.
  • Driving operational excellence to deliver more efficient and reliable services.
  • Develop their talent for the future as their organisation and industry evolves.
  • Deliver technology-enabled asset management and passenger services.
  • Maintain critical systems and networks to defend against emerging threats.
  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers and cargo.

Qualifications

We are interested in hearing from individuals with demostrated relevant experience, who can deliver high quality work to aviation clients, in particularly those with experience of:

  • Airline/airport ground operations/flight operations.
  • Airline/airport technology, including operational and commercial systems.
  • Sustainability or environmental issues in the aviation sector including sustainable aviation fuel.
  • Fuel supply chain, including development of alternative aviation fuels.

We would expect successful candidates to be able to demonstrate:

  • An understanding of the aviation sector and its structures.
  • An ability to create/maintain an effective client network by nurturing key client relationships.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and consulting skills (does not have to be for a consultancy).
  • Experience of designing and delivering projects/programmes in a range of environments.
  • An ability to work with colleagues in a multi-disciplined team.

We are also interested in candidates who have experience of successfully selling consultancy/ professional services work to clients in the aviation sector.
