Job summary

KBR is seeking a Principal Consultant to join the Consulting International team in Leatherhead, UK. The role focuses on ammonia and derivatives, providing technically robust consulting, due diligence, and market insights for global clients.

You will lead feasibility and front-end studies, mentor engineers, develop reports and bid materials, and engage clients on project development strategies and investment readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree (BEng/MEng) in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in ammonia and derivatives projects.
• Strong capability in feasibility, concept and Pre‑FEED studies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technically robust consulting assignments across ammonia sectors.
• Lead or oversee technical deliverables: reports, models, and client presentations.
• Engage with clients on project development strategies and investment readiness.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal methodologies and tools.
