Our growing Cyber Security team have a high volume of client requirements, so are looking to add a Principal Consultant to their team. You will be supporting the development of their Go-To-Market (GTM) division.

From day 1, you will receive the support to really get stuck into the market - with access to existing longstanding client relationships and roles to get at straight away. You’ll hit the ground running here.

The Role:

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Working alongside a team of 8 reporting into the MD who built our Tech market from scratch.
  2. Identifying opportunities across the US within GTM and playing an integral part in developing our 360 business: pitching to new clients, negotiating terms, and delivering top level candidates.
  3. Utilising your existing network and continuing to develop both this and your industry knowledge to partner with high quality candidates and long-term clients.
  4. Win the client, not just the job – working closely with our client solutions teams and marketing to provide attractive pitch documents and best solution offerings to potential clients.
  5. Attending international events and client meets with the budget to go to the US or EU once a quarter when needed.

The Requirements:

  • Ideally 3+ years 360 recruitment experience within SaaS/GTM (preference if within Cyber) but not essential
  • A proven track record of Business Development (Self-generated business and repeat business with these clients)
  • Commitment to the US market - although you will have a lot of flexibility, you will be expected to be available for your clients/candidates outside of typical UK hours
  • Resilience – you will be playing an integral role in the development of a growing team and market, which naturally will come with its challenges (and rewards!) Having the ability to overcome these challenges is super important.
