Job summary

CPC Project Services Ltd, London & South East, seeks a Principal Consultant to lead business case strategies for major infrastructure across aviation, rail and utilities. You will write Treasury-style business cases, apply WebTAG, model demand and monetise time savings, while guiding a team of consultants on public sector projects.

Qualifications

• Experience writing HM Treasury business cases, including economic/financial modelling.
• Experience using WebTAG for Transport Analysis Guidance, including demand modelling and Value of Time calculations.
• Experience modelling environmental and social data.
• Experience leading business case projects for UK Transport/Public Sector clients (DfT, NR, TfL, etc.).
• Experience managing a team of consultants to deliver business cases.
• Experience developing strategy with public sector clients, including UK Transport bodies.
• Experience in project/programme management or project controls is a plus.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity to join our thriving Management Consulting division, with the chance to lead and shape business case project strategies within sectors like aviation, rail and utilities, on major infrastructure projects and programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Experience of writing all aspects of a HM Treasury business case, including Economic and Financial Modelling.
• Experience of using WebTag to provide Transport Analysis Guidance, to include:

• Experience of operating as a Project/Programme manager or Project Controls Manager, would also be useful.
