Qualifications

Responsibilities

Our growing Cyber Security team has a high volume of client requirements, so we are looking to add a Principal Consultant to support the development of our Go-To-Market (GTM) division.

From day one, you'll receive support to get started in the market, with access to existing longstanding client relationships and roles to begin immediately. You'll be able to hit the ground running.

The Role:

What you'll be doing:

  • Working alongside a team of 8, reporting to the MD who built our Tech market from scratch.
  • Identifying opportunities across the US within GTM and developing our 360 business, including pitching to new clients, negotiating terms, and delivering top-level candidates.
  • Utilizing and developing your existing network and industry knowledge to partner with high-quality candidates and long-term clients.
  • Winning clients by working closely with our client solutions teams and marketing to provide attractive pitch documents and solutions.
  • Attending international events and client meetings, with the possibility to travel to the US or EU once a quarter as needed.

The Requirements:

  • Ideally 3+ years of 360 recruitment experience within SaaS/GTM (preferably in Cyber), but not essential.
  • A proven track record of business development, including self-generated and repeat business.
  • Commitment to the US market, with flexibility to be available outside UK hours.
  • Resilience to overcome challenges in a growing market and team.
  • Growth mindset, motivated to advance your career.
