What you will do
- Train to operate in the Configuration Management role.
- Manage the processing of Problem Reports from initiation to final disposition, minimizing resolution time.
- Manage Trials Modifications supporting Problem Report investigations, ensuring results are captured.
- Manage Change Requests from initiation to final disposition, minimizing CRB disposition time.
- Collate Change Impact assessments from TRB.
- Support the change initiator and TRB through consultation.
- Determine if fast track criteria are met and route Change as Fast-Track.
- Prepare agendas, call, and chair the CRB (Business Review of Change).
- Set Point Of Embodiment (POE) & Priority.
- Determine Change Classification.
- Plan and coordinate implementation into design and physical product.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities.

What we are looking for
- HND qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Interest in engineering or science, with the ability to work with technical data.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and a logical mindset.
- Familiarity with databases, especially PDM/PLM tools or information systems, and data communication.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office applications.
- MRP supply and demand planning awareness is advantageous.
- Knowledge of CM2 methodology.
