Seeking a Principal Communication Systems Engineer passionate about phased array antennas and radios for aerospace systems, especially in a start-up setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define requirements, integrate technical parameters, and ensure interface compatibility.
• Support proposal reviews and lead trade studies for system architecture optimization.
• Develop space system requirements and interfaces.
• Lead the development of space architecture concepts, sub-systems, payloads, and risk reduction activities.
• Perform analyses related to affordability, safety, reliability, and quality to ensure mission success.
• Develop requirements management and traceability processes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Electrical Engineering.
