Fruition Group is seeking a Principal AWS & AI Solutions Architect / Engineer (UK Remote) to lead cloud migrations and modernisation for SMBs. This senior role combines architecture, consulting, and hands-on implementation with AI, Terraform, Kubernetes, and serverless tooling.

You will own pre-sales, work closely with customers to capture requirements, and become an SME in AWS areas. UK-wide remote work with optional London office visits; discretionary bonus included.

Qualifications

• Senior AWS architecture and delivery experience across migrations and modernisation.
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes/Serverless, and AI tooling.
• UK resident with remote working setup.

• AWS - Designing and building all aspects of the infrastructure
• Pre-sales
• Working closely with customers to complete requirements

• up to £130,000 base salary
