A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Principal Clinical Pharmacist for Critical Care and Renal Medicine in Dartford. This role involves leading intensive care pharmaceutical services and training teams while supporting the development of independent prescribing qualifications. Applicants should have substantial hospital pharmacy experience and a desire to expand their clinical skills in a dynamic environment.

Our innovative clinical pharmacy team are looking for a self-motivated clinical pharmacist to join us to lead our intensive care service. You will work closely with our critical care teams and lead clinical pharmacists to develop and deliver pharmaceutical services to our intensive care patients in both an inpatient and outpatient setting as well as link with our other site at Queen Mary's, Sidcup.
We will support specialist training through tertiary centres for this position (if required).
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE WILL NOT BE SPONSORED. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK independently, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
You will have a daily clinical commitment working with our dedicated medicine management trained and accuracy checking technicians who are fully integrated into the dispensary and ward service providing a full team approach to support near-patient pharmaceutical care on the wards. You will provide clinical leadership as the lead critical care pharmacist, training and developing others.
Applicants should have an interest in intensive care services or critical care and be willing to work towards (if not already achieved) an independent prescribing qualification.
