Your Purpose:

• Lead a team in technical design work following relevant standards and high-quality practices.
• Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
• Manage time and budgets to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Maintain adherence to quality assurance standards in design.

What you can bring:

• Chartered Civil / Structural Engineer.
• Experience leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of heavy concrete and steel structure design, familiar with British Standards and American codes.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software.
• Experience in the nuclear sector, especially safety-related structures (preferred but not mandatory).
