We are seeking a talented Principal Civil Engineer to join our design team in London, working on water-related projects across the UK. The role offers flexible working with at least 3 days in the office and flexible hours.

We will support your technical growth to help you become a Difference Maker, working on sustainable solutions and collaborating with a growing team.
The role involves acting as Lead Design Engineer, overseeing design solutions, providing technical guidance, mentoring colleagues, and managing projects from conception to completion. You will support project management, undertake detailed design work, assess design changes, and contribute to process improvements.
You will also participate in business development activities, including preparing capability statements, tenders, and maintaining client relationships.
