Black & White Engineering Limited seeks a Principal Civil Engineer to lead the development and delivery of civil engineering solutions on world-class projects. You will influence strategies, mentor teams and own major civil packages across international developments.

This role involves delivering infrastructure for mission-critical facilities while helping to shape the growth of our Civil Engineering capability and coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams across borders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered status or working towards chartership.
• Strong understanding of drainage, highways and external works design.
• Excellent technical review and leadership capability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design and infrastructure strategies.
• Undertake technical reviews and QA activities.
• Manage project deliverables and design coordination.
• Work with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support planning, permitting and infrastructure requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Contribute to business growth and technical development initiatives.
