Black & White Engineering seeks a Principal Civil Engineer to lead civil engineering design and delivery on international developments. You will mentor teams, influence project strategies, and own major packages across global projects, shaping infrastructure for mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered status or working towards chartership.
• Significant experience delivering civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of drainage, highways and external works design.
• Excellent technical review and leadership capability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading civil engineering design and infrastructure strategies.
• Undertaking technical reviews and quality assurance activities.
• Managing project deliverables and design coordination.
• Working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Supporting planning, permitting and infrastructure requirements.
• Providing technical guidance to engineering teams.
