We have an opportunity to join a well-respected client in Monmouth as a Team Lead, where you’ll be managing and growing a technical team.

About the company

The company is a rapidly growing multi-discipline engineering consultancy with a strong pipeline of projects locally and abroad, covering:

• Civil Engineering and Infrastructure
• SAB and SuDS design
• Flood Risk Management
• Defence

The role

You will be working on infrastructure and drainage design, using MicroDrainage/Flow, AutoCAD, and Civil/Site 3D. Responsibilities include:

• Managing projects and expanding the client base
• Hands-on design and coordination
• Winning local work
• Liaising with local authorities
• Collaborating with clients to deliver engineering solutions

Ideal candidate

We are looking for someone with:

• Significant experience in a consultancy, with some management experience
• A desire to develop professionally towards leading projects and growing the consultancy
• A degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• A background in civil engineering infrastructure
