Job summary

Pell Frischmann, a specialist advisory and technical consultancy, is seeking Civil Engineers to join the Water Sector Team. You will work across projects with major UK water companies, delivering design expertise in collaboration with multi‑disciplinary teams.

Based in Exeter, Croydon or Manchester, you will contribute to optioning, outline and detailed design, supporting a culture of health, safety and sustainability while advancing your professional development within a flexible structure.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or experience with water sector exposure.
• Chartered/incorporated status or working towards it preferred.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Join an established team of Civil Engineers supporting multidisciplinary design schemes in the Water sector.
• Assist delivery of projects for water companies or via contractors as part of D&C contracts.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to meet client requirements and standards.

Based in any of our: Exeter, Croydon and Manchester offices, you will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team of around 100 Engineers and Technicians. Main Duties And Responsibilities

You will join an established team of Civil Engineers, supporting multidisciplinary design schemes, to assist with the delivery of projects within the Water sector, as well as providing support to a group of highly motivated, developing Engineers and Technicians.

Projects vary in size and complexity and may involve optioneering, outline design or detailed design. The work may be directly for the water companies or via a Contractor as part of a design and construct contract.

Duties Are Likely To Include The Following

• Perform technical or professional work activities to assure delivery which meets client requirements and is in accordance with relevant standards
• Collate plans and schedules and monitor work to meet deadlines, company quality assurance and other requirements
• Liaise and engage with clients and third parties as required
• Take a leading role in promoting health, safety, welfare and sustainability/environmental matters in all areas of your work
