Our client is an award winning multi disciplinary design consultancy and they are seeking Principal Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team in Oxfordshire. We are dedicated to delivering sustainable developments throughout the UK.
We seek an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with a talent to think outside the box, who enjoys a collaborative approach to developing pragmatic and innovative design solutions to the various technical and environmental challenges land development can present.
We ideally want – someone with 3-5 years proven experience of land development and good 2D CAD skills; experienced in preparing General Arrangement, plans and construction details and with some capability in developing 3D skills, and familiar with the following software
A proven knowledge/track record of preparing technical submission drawings for S38/S278 and S104 submissions.
Your key areas of knowledge and expertise:
Ideally good experience of the legal, planning, and technical consent, adoption and contract procedures for the design and implementation of highway and drainage in new developments and regeneration projects including Section 38/278 and/or Section 104 agreements. Experience applying the principles, design codes and standards set out Manual for Streets, Local Authority Design guides, the SuDS Manual, DCG, etc.
