We are seeking an experienced Principal Highways Design Engineer to join our client's new team in Cheshire. This key role involves overseeing and managing the design process for various projects, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet budget and client specifications.

• Ensure designs are delivered within the programme and budget
• Manage resource allocations to optimize team productivity on priority tasks

• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
