The Role

1. Leading and overseeing CFD activities, ensuring best practices and cutting-edge methodologies are applied.
2. Developing and refining concept designs, providing critical reviews, and identifying performance enhancements.

4. Defining and driving the technical roadmap for CFD within the team.
5. Mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• Academic Excellence: Advanced degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Aerospace, Automotive Engineering, or a related field with a focus on numerical methods.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in hydrodynamics for hulls and foils, aerodynamics, and optimisation techniques.
• Software Mastery: Proficiency in Siemens Star-CCM+ CFD code, Siemens NX CAD, Python, and Java.
• Innovative Mindset: Track record of delivering complex projects and pushing technological boundaries.
• Leadership Skills: Experience guiding teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
