SLR is a global leader in end-to-end sustainability solutions: providing clients with strategic advice and on the ground support. Building on the success of our long-established Corporate Sustainability team, we are looking for an established Principal Consultant with a strong track record in the assessment of greenhouse gas emissions calculation and reporting, compliance, target setting and the development of Net Zero Carbon strategies to work alongside our experienced team of consultants, supporting in the delivery of high quality project outputs to our established client base. We are flexible regarding location, and whilst ideally Manchester based, we would be happy to consider appointments in Scotland or the South West of England.
You should be able to demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills and be well organised, self-motivated and effective communicators with good interpersonal skills. A strong track record in Project management is essential. Experience of team leadership/line management and work winning will be considered an advantage.

We are open to hybrid working arrangements. The bulk of our team is based in the Manchester office and occasional e.g. weekly/fortnightly visits to the office would be beneficial to both the successful candidate and the wider team. We also have an office location in Leeds which would also be available as a work location, alongside occasional home working by agreement.
