We are looking for a Senior Analysis Engineer to join the Verification and Validation team, providing concept and design development services to our Integrated Project Solutions and Engineering Delivery teams.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Derive load cases and targets using first principles, experience, and relevant documents
• Support design work ensuring solutions meet static and dynamic load requirements
• Plan and execute test activities, including setup, testing, and reporting
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align virtual and physical test plans and schedules
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, and internal teams
• Follow analysis procedures and document results clearly
• Prioritize tasks, track progress, and identify risks and issues
• Lead and mentor junior team members
• Enhance analysis capabilities with your expertise (e.g., Structures, Thermal, CFD, MBS)
• Contribute to process and tool improvements
• Assist in business development and customer proposals
• Monitor analysis plans and project progress

Who Are We Looking For?

We seek candidates with skills or experience in:

• Structures simulation (e.g., FEA crash analysis, shell and solid modeling), understanding system behavior and failure modes
• Dynamic systems and multibody simulation (e.g., vibration, kinematics, vehicle dynamics)
• Automotive, Motorsport, Aerospace sectors experience
• Classical calculations and free body diagrams
• Technical communication skills
• Model building and analysis technique selection
• Experience with Altair HyperWorks suite or similar packages
