Our Center for Process Excellence team is on a mission to improve business outcomes and employee experiences by driving step-change improvements in critical enterprise processes, and the technology and analytics supporting these.
As a Principal, Business Process Analyst (Talent Management), you will be responsible for delivering ground-breaking improvements in our talent management capabilities. This will require you to understand our current state and future-state vision and work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team to deliver the change. The desired business outcomes include, ., decreasing hire fail rates, and time to productivity. Success will require close collaboration with team members across multiple functions, and the ability to inspire changes in a global organization. This position is ideally suited for a self-starter that is comfortable in a dynamic environment, with experience in conceptual and analytical problem solving related to strategy, organizational design, roles, processes, technology, and metrics.
