In this role, you’ll lead a talented team of analysts, guide the delivery of key change initiatives, and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.

You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping our analysis approach, mentoring others, and continuously improving how we work. If you enjoy solving problems, collaborating with others, and making a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Analysis Strategy: Define and guide the approach to business analysis across projects, ensuring it’s consistent, effective, and aligned with our goals.
  • Change Delivery: Lead the analysis of complex business needs and translate them into clear, practical solutions that support successful change.
  • Best Practice Champion: Stay connected to industry trends and bring fresh thinking into the team to keep our practices current and impactful.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships across the organisation, working closely with people at all levels to understand needs and share insights.
  • Continuous Improvement: Spot opportunities to improve how we work and help shape a more efficient, inclusive, and forward-thinking function.
  • Quality Oversight: Ensure business analysis outputs are high-quality, consistent, and support the successful delivery of change initiatives.
  • Planning and Prioritisation: Manage your workload across multiple projects, adapting to the unique needs and pace of each one.

About you: -

  • Expert Business Analysis Knowledge: Deep understanding of business analysis tools, techniques, and best practices, with hands-on experience across the full project and system development lifecycle.
  • Delivery Methodologies & Change Management: Confident working within Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid environments, with solid knowledge of programme and portfolio-level change management.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage Business Analysts, supporting their growth and ensuring the right resources are in place to deliver change.
  • Quality & Process Improvement: Skilled in quality assurance and driving continuous improvement across business analysis processes, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • Strategic Thinking & Financial Awareness: Able to contribute to business cases and feasibility studies, with a good grasp of financial concepts and benefits management at portfolio level.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience building trusted relationships across senior stakeholders, IT teams, and third parties.
  • Industry & Regulatory Insight: Practical experience working in regulated environments, ideally within Financial Services, with knowledge of Business Architecture and frameworks like TOGAF.
  • Professional Standards & Qualifications: Committed to high standards of practice, ideally holding a degree in a business or IT-related subject and the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis.

Reward & Benefits -

  • A fair and competitive salary evaluated against market data, annual discretionary bonus scheme, Medicash healthcare scheme, 29 days annual leave plus bank holidays and enhanced family leave.
  • Commitment and dedication to your ongoing personal and professional development. We help you to own and grow your potential so you can be at your best in your current role and to support your future career aspirations.
  • For all full-time roles we work a 35-hour working week to promote a work/life balance, we want you to be at your best inside and outside of work.
  • A friendly and inclusive culture where teams genuinely strive to do the right thing by their colleagues and our customers.
