Position: Principal Auditor

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 per annum

Key responsibilities of the Principal Auditor:
  • Execute high-quality, risk-based audit reviews across retail and functional areas
  • Deliver clear, insightful audit reports and agree findings with senior stakeholders
  • Support the development and enhancement of internal audit methodologies
  • Maintain compliance with internal audit policies, tools, and standards
  • Assist with risk assessments, audit planning, and follow-up activities
Key essentials of the Principal Auditor:
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIA, CIMA)
  • Strong understanding of UK regulations
