Our UK Water team provides water and wastewater infrastructure services, including drainage design, SuDS, and surface water management, serving clients across the UK and internationally, such as water companies, local authorities, and developers.

We are seeking a Principal / Associate Hydraulic Modeller to lead hydraulic modelling frameworks with a leading UK Water Company, based in Epsom/London.

Your purpose

• Leading Storm Overflows Discharge Reduction, flood alleviation, and environmental projects.
• Managing model build, maintenance, and verification projects.
• Developing wastewater catchment strategies.
• Ensuring quality and standards compliance.
• Driving project delivery improvements.
• Supporting project management and tender development.
• Supervising staff development and guiding innovation.

What you can bring

• Knowledge of UK Water Industry and regulatory issues.
• Proven project delivery experience.
• Expertise in InfoWorks ICM and ICM Exchange.
• Hydraulic modelling, catchment planning skills.
• Quality assurance and client-focused delivery.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS 365, PowerBI, SharePoint; experience with FME, Optimatics, Ruby is advantageous.
• Relevant degree or vocational qualification; Chartered status (ICE or CIWEM) is advantageous.
