Job summary

Carrington West in the United Kingdom seeks a Principal/Associate Civil Engineer to lead a diverse portfolio across regeneration schemes, schools, commercial developments and highways. You will own technical delivery, manage projects from concept to construction and mentor engineers. Chartered status or progress towards Chartership is required, with strong UK consultancy experience in drainage and SuDS.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered status (CEng) or working towards Chartership.
• Significant UK consultancy experience in civil, drainage and infrastructure design.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of civil and infrastructure projects.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technicians.
• Lead highways, drainage and site infrastructure design.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Review calculations, drawings, models and reports.
• Manage project programmes, fees and deliverables.
